The City of Ozark Police Department currently houses their inmates with the Dale County Jail.  The jail houses a maximum capacity of 116 inmates.

The Corrections Division of the Ozark Police Department is staffed by three employees, two Police Sergeants, and one civilian employee.  The division is responsible for warrant service and the processing of jail inmates.
