No yard sign having an area of more than 4 square feet shall be permitted, nor shall any illuminated or animated sign be displayed. No sign shall be displayed more than 1 day prior to the date of sale and such signs shall be removed no later than the next day following the last day of such sale.

I further certify that if I am not the owner, I have proper authorization from the owner to act as representative on his/her behalf and that I may be required to provide written documentation of such authorization to the CIty of Ozark.
