A business license is required for any business and/or person conducting business within the city limits or police jurisdiction of Ozark, Alabama. A license can be issued at the Ozark Municipal Complex.  It is the licensee's responsibity to check with the Zoning Officials reqarding restrictions that may be applicable for doing business in a specific location.

 NOTICE:�BUSINESS LICENSES WITH THE CITY OF OZARK EXPIRE DECEMBER 31 OF EACH CALENDAR YEAR.

REMINDER:  AS OF JANUARY 1, 2008 ANYONE OWNING ONE OR MORE APARTMENT/TOWNHOUSE COMPLEXES (INCLUDING DUPLEX) OR MORE THAN 2 SINGLE FAMILY HOME RENTAL PROPERTIES MUST OBTAIN A BUSINESS LICENSE WITH THE CITY OF OZARK.  FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CALL THE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE.
